Varieties: 90% Tempranillo - 10% Garnacha. Ecological grape from the vineyards of Finca Santa Rosalía.

Harvest: Manually carried out in small boxes at the optimum time of ripening.

Elaboration: Harvest of the best grapes in selection tables, maceration with skin for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation with yeasts indigenous to Finca Santa Rosalía, expressing the uniqueness of the vineyards and the terroir. Aging in American and French oak barrels for 3 months.

Tasting analysis: Cherry red color with intense blue and purple reflections. Aromas of red fruits, assembled with hints of vanilla. Fruity on the palate, with light roasted nuances.
